If you are a Dive Master or Instructor and you wish to be covered by Durham City Scubas group policy with Dan please add your
Name
Date Of birth
Padi No.
Address
Contact Tele no.
This is an update so everybody needs to add there details if they wish to be covered new or old Instructors or Dive Masters
